Scope

The Government Architect’s Strategy and Design Prequalification enables NSW Government agencies and statutory corporations to procure expert advice on strategic planning, design quality and innovation in the built environment. The scheme lists experienced organisations and emerging businesses as prequalified providers. The scheme streamlines procurement processes for both suppliers and government and is structured to meet the NSW Treasury Gateway Review processes.

• Hourly rates for services
• Key personnel - directors, team leaders, specialist staff etc and any qualifications
• Demonstrated experience - 3 project examples for each capability you are applying for
• Referee reports - 3 signed client reports for each project supplied.

Professional indemnity insurance * (required)

Professional Indemnity Insurance is not mandatory but may be required upon engagement. The adequacy of the insurance coverage to meet the risk and any monetary limit that is set for the nature of an engagement will be determined by agencies at the time the service provider is engaged.
