End-to-end bulk mail production and distribution services for major project public exhibitions and planning proposals.

Project goals

End-to-end bulk mail production and distribution services for major project public exhibitions and planning proposals.

Scope

The contract will deliver the following critical services:

- Pre-printing envelopes with logos, return addresses, and barcodes, implementation of Delivery Point Identifier (DPID) barcoding on all applicable mail

- Automated insertion and sealing of correspondence into envelopes for large scale campaigns

- Address data validation

- Data cleansing, to refine address list for mailouts

- Management of all mail lodgement logistics

- Accurate merging of data from customer systems with mail templates

- Secure handling and version control of data and templates

- Provision of a structured return mail process, including scanning, categorisation, and reporting of undelivered mail.

- Environmentally responsible paper and processes.
