Pyrmont Bridge Structural Restoration – Phase 2 – Construction Services

Description

Placemaking NSW (PMNSW) is seeking a Principal Contractor to deliver Phase 2 of the structural restoration of Pyrmont Bridge.

Project goals

Pyrmont Bridge is one of Sydney’s most iconic heritage structures and a vital pedestrian and cycle link within the Darling Harbour precinct. Recent structural investigations have identified critical works required to ensure the bridge remains safe, functional, and compliant with asset management and heritage obligations.

Scope

There are 12 truss spans of Pyrmont Bridge which are being managed under a Pyrmont Bridge Structural Restoration Program. Phase 2 of the Program includes 7 truss spans of which 3 truss spans (spans 10,11 and 12) are in scope for the procurement activity.
