Description

Cost Estimating solution, and associated services, to support the preparation of accurate, auditable, and repeatable cost estimates across infrastructure projects of varying size and complexity.

Project goals

The objective of this procurement is to identify suitable supplier(s) to provide and implement aCost Estimating Software as a Service (“Software”), while demonstrating value for money. Moreover,the primary objective is to implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that meets essential businessneeds, with the ability to scale and extend functionality over time to address future requirements.The purpose of the Software is to provide Transport for NSW staff the ability to undertake end-to end estimating activities, quotation production, progress claims, reporting, and integration withexisting corporate systems.

Scope

The Supplier(s) shall provide a complete cost estimating Software-as-as-Service, including licensing, configuration, implementation, integration, documentation, and support services.

Mandatory Requirements

• Respondent is registered or agrees to be fully registered on the mandated ICT Services Scheme (SCM0020) as an advanced supplier, on contract award.Link to scheme: https://buy.nsw.gov.au/schemes/ict-services-scheme

• Respondent agrees to contract under the mandated ICT Agreement (ICTA), if successful.

• Your proposed system is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

• Your proposed system is a turnkey solution that has already been developed, tested, implemented, and currently used by other customers. Note – some customisation / configuration is acceptable.

• Respondent’s key personnel, including those with close touch points with TfNSW’s team and those providing ongoing Support & Maintenance Services must be available and able to operate within NSW time zone.
