The goal of the Proposed Contract is to provide consistent, compliant, and high-quality audiometric testing services for NSW Health Linen Services employees, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
The Contractor will deliver baseline testing to capture initial hearing levels for all employees, periodic testing for all staff, and flexible on-site or off-site arrangements as required.
Services will include accurate and secure record management, reporting, and ongoing performance monitoring to identify early indicators of noise-induced hearing loss and maintain continuous compliance across all sites.
The program will cover an estimated workforce of 710 employees, with flexibility to accommodate variations throughout the Contract Term.
a. The Services include:
• baseline audiometric testing for new employees;
• periodic audiometric testing for existing employees;
• on-site mobile testing services;
• off-site testing arrangements where required;
• reporting and record management; and
• performance monitoring and continuous compliance.
2. The estimated workforce is approximately 710 employees distributed across our seven linen sites. Workforce numbers may vary throughout the Contract Term and are indicative only.
