The aim of the EOI is for:
Market engagement - to gather information on supplier capability, capacity, and innovation.
Identify suppliers with the ability to deliver against NSW Health’s requirements.

Pre-Packaged Meals (PPMs) are used extensively across NSW Health facilities to provide patients with safe, reliable, and nutritionally compliant meal options.
PPMs must comply with the Nutritional Standards for Adult Inpatients in NSW Hospitals, the NSW Health Packaging Accessibility Guidelines, and applicable Food Safety Standards.
Meals must be available in Band 1, Band 2 and Band 3 or specified criteria formats, supporting different diet codes, including vegetarian, texture-modified, gluten-free, and culturally appropriate options (e.g., Halal, Kosher).
Meals must comply with:
