Project goals The objective of this procurement is to establish a multi supplier Technical Advisory Services Panel to provide EnergyCo with access to high quality, independent technical and engineering advisory services to support the planning, development, delivery, and assurance of major energy infrastructure projects. The panel will enable EnergyCo to efficiently engage suitably qualified and experienced advisors to provide timely, fit for purpose advice across a range of project lifecycle phases. This includes supporting informed decision making, managing technical risk, providing independent technical assurance, and supplementing and supporting development of internal capability as required. The panel is intended to provide flexibility, scalability, and continuity of advisory services over its term, while maintaining transparency, value for money, and alignment with NSW Government procurement objectives.

Scope The procurement seeks to establish a panel of suppliers capable of providing independent technical and engineering advisory services in support of EnergyCo’s energy infrastructure program. Services may include, but are not limited to, technical assessment and advice, feasibility and options analysis, independent technical review and assurance, specialist discipline advice, and support across project stages and workstreams. Services will be advisory in nature and may be commissioned through individual work orders over the term of the panel. The panel is not intended to provide detailed design, construction, or delivery services.
