Description

Description

Essential Energy is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to rectify structural and façade issues at the Port Macquarie Depot Hebel Shed, 115 Hindman Street Port Macquarie.

Project goals

Please refer to attached summary for details.

Scope

The project aims to rectify structural and façade issues at the Port Macquarie Depot Hebel Shed, 115 Hindman Street Port Macquarie, by removing the existing cracked Hebel frontage, installing engineered steel framing, and replacing it with traditional shed framing and Colorbond sheeting.

In addition, internal wall repairs will be undertaken, including the installation of expansion joints to remaining Hebel walls and structural bracing to enhance the shed’s overall integrity. Engineers have determined that the internal Hebel walls are non-load bearing in nature and cracking to these walls does not pose a risk to safety or the structure of the building.

Recommended On-Site Meeting:Thursday, 11th December 2025 at 8am (please notify of anticipated attendance)

Prospective tenderers are encouraged to attend for site familiarisation and clarification of scope.
