This Tender is for microsurfacing works at various locations in Southwest Region.

A pre-tender meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 10:00 am on Friday, 23rd January 2026. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

Please confirm your attendance at the pre-tender meeting and site inspection by COB, Wednesday 21 January 2026 by sending an email with attendee details to katie.caldwell@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject line “Pre-Tender Meeting attendance confirmation 25.0000129148.1334.”

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
