Tenderers are invited for the relocation, of existing electrical utilities and supply and installation of new power poles for the Blaxland Road Project located on HW14 Sturt Highway Wagga Wagga.

The scope of works shall include, but not be limited to, the removal of existing power poles and associated electrical infrastructure, together with the supply and installation of new power poles, all to be carried out strictly in accordance with the certified design documentation and applicable conditions, and all requirements and conditions issued by Essential Energy.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
