TfNSW is seeking to engage a contractor to construct the Narooma Wharf (Stage 1) project.The project involves the staged demolition and reconstruction of the existing commercial wharf at Wagonga Inlet, Narooma.

The Works under this Contract generally comprise:

Demolition and removal of the existing wharf;

  • A new floating pontoon system connected to the shore via agangway;
  • New mooring infrastructure and wharf furniture, includingfenders, bollards, safety ladders, and lighting;
  • New ancillary wharf services including a sewage pump-outfacility with sewer connection, upgraded firefighting system,and power and water service pedestals;
  • Upgrade of the existing seawall adjacent to the new pontoon.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement
