The objective is to identify an individual or organisation to provide the Production management Services for the Arena and/or SpecFest for the 2026 / 2027Schools Spectaculars.
The NSW Department of Education’s Schools Spectacular is a high-profile performing arts event involving the participation of over 6,000 public school children and young people.
The annual two-day event is staged at Qudos Bank Arena on the last Friday and Saturday in November. It comprises matinee and evening performances, attracts arena audiences of 25,000 people and is recorded for a televised broadcast nationally.
In association with the Spectacular, SpecFest is an outdoor pre-show hub featuring live performances from talented public-school students. It is a combination of an outdoor festival atmosphere with performances and activations to match.
The scope for the project can be combined for the two events or tendered separately.
It is anticipated that the planning as outlined in the scope will commence as soon as the successful respondent is contracted.
