Project goals

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of domestic violence victim survivors and their children and reduce or stop the use of all forms of domestic and family violence.

Scope

MBCP providers will deliver group behaviour change programs and individual support to users of violence in intimate partner relationships. MBCP providers will also deliver supports to former and current partners of men participating in a MBCP.

Tender submissions will only be accepted from:

  1. MBCP providers whose MBCP is currently registered under the NSW Practice Standards for MBCPs, or;2) MBCP providers whose MBCP will be registered by 1 February 2026 and;3) Only for registered locations specified in Appendix 1 of the Program Specifications.

A Tender Briefing session will be held virtually on Monday 1 December 2025 at 11:00AM AEDST, the details of which are in the attached document.

The upcoming tender opportunity can only be accessed and responded to via the Department’s end to end procurement system, Procurement Central. Any submission lodged outside of Procurement Central will not be considered by the Department.
