Tenderers are invited for the installation of hazardous area electrical equipment in the Tugun Bypass Tunnel offline storage area including electrical and cable work. Works are to be performed in accordance with project designs, reports and environmental requirements.

A Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Visit will be held at 4:00 pm Sydney Time on Monday, 8 December 2025 Onsite.

Location: Tugun Bypass Tunnel Control Building, 2 Sussyer Ave Tweed Heads West.

Attendance at the pre-tender meeting and site visit is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

Please confirm your attendance at the pre-tender meeting by COB, Friday 05 December 2025 by sending an email with attendee details to: Juliane.Latu@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject line “Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Visit attendance confirmation 25.0000129384.1313.”

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
