BCNSW is taking a phased approach to consolidating case management functions onto SalesforcePublic Sector Solutions across several compliance functions and decommissioning downstreamsystems and reducing manual processes.
This will be carried out in two phases:
• Phase 1: CAS Replacement. Some manual processes and systems will remain to ensure thedecommissioning of CAS can proceed with no impact on business as usual.
• Phase 2: End to End Compliance Transformation to move manual processes online andconsolidate several other downstream systems.
