Data Hack High is a one day student event that provides real-world examples that deepens understanding of data concepts and strengthens ability to apply these skills in meaningful contexts.
Data Hack High aims to:
Introduce students to data literacy, analytical and computational thinking through an engaging hackathon-style experience that develops problem-solving, collaboration and confidence in working with real-world datasets.

expose students to industry professionals and organisations working in data, technology and design, drawing on current expertise and real-world practice
inspire students by highlighting data science, software engineering and related fields as potential academic and career pathways
support, inform and motivate students to pursue post-school pathways aligned to their interests, strengths and emerging industry opportunities
