Seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify companies with relevant experience and skills to undertake the Design and Construction of the Trails at the Jindabyne Mountain Bike and Adventure Park.
The overall goal for the Mountain Bike and Adventure Park is to create a year-round, world-class adventure destination that balances high-quality recreation with environmental stewardship and climate resilience.
As part of the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct, the proposed 500-hectare Jindabyne Mountain Bike and Adventure Park is located 3 km west of Jindabyne town centre. The NSW Government is delivering the enabling infrastructure to support the park.
a) Construction of pump track at mid-station.
b) Construction of trail connecting to Bungarra Alpine Centre.
c) Construction of 1000m contour trail connectivity to Jindabyne West sub-prescinct (Barry Way), with potential branches to residential areas.
d) 12 months maintenance of trail network post-construction.
Expression of Interest (EOI) are being sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors wishing to pre-qualify to tender for the proposed works. This is a two-stage process.
Note: This is stage 1 for the pre-qualification ONLY.
