Project goals Transport intends to proceed with a three-phase procurement model for the Project. The phases are: Phase 1: Open, interactive EOI from suitably pre-qualified contractors, proceeding to shortlisting.Phase 2: Two Design & Construct (D&C) tenderers participating in a collaborative D&C Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, including an interactive process and submitting their designs and technical solutions for evaluation.Phase 3: Tender response and pricing within the RFT process, which will include an interactive process.
