Project goals

HCCDC is seeking a suitably qualified Emergency Management Consultant for a 12‑week contract.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

  • Developing a comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and Evacuation Plan for the West Wallsend Bushlands.
  • Reviewing and updating the existing Emergency Management Plan for Mt Penang Parklands.
  • Reviewing and providing advice on the seven individual Emergency Evacuation Plans for each of the Mt Penang Parkland tenancies.
  • Prepare a risk assessment report on all HCCDC assets (external areas only).
