Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting

A mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed for:

Date: Wednesday 10th December 2025

Time: 10:30AM

Location: Lake George Mine Captains Flat

It is mandatory for a representative from your entity to attend the proposed pre- tender meeting. You must register your attendance with the RFT Contact, Alex Fenwick, at alexander.fenwick@pwa.nsw.gov.au at least 3 business days prior to the pre-tender meeting.

The AP will also be available on site from 10am Thursday 11 December to facilitate more detailed inspection of parts of the site on request for those that are interested.Tenderers should be aware that there are few if any vendors of food in the vicinity and are encouraged to bring their own food and water.

This addendum 1 includes the following updates:

1. Extension of tender period by 3 weeks to now close 12 February 2026

2. Non mandatory site inspection/meeting Wednesday 21 January 2026
