This project involves refurbishment works at one residential property and demolition works at a second residential property.
Property One - 5 Black Prince Drive Lightning Ridge
Works include replacement of damaged fascia, guttering, downpipes, sewer vent pipe, barge boards, veranda joists and posts, leaking bathroom pipes, and the laundry door. Additional works include external timber painting, general internal patching and painting and electrical works to bring the switchboard into compliance with current Australian standards.
Property Two - 41 Nettleton Drive Lightning Ridge
Works include demolition and removal of the existing house, clothesline and path, septic system and any above-ground services, garden shed and slab, carport, and driveway up to the front gates. Full breakdown of works can be reviewed in the Statement of Works.
