The successful contractor will be required to manage all aspects of the project, including staging, changeover planning, documentation, and staff training, and must hold relevant accreditations and insurances.

Additional details/instructions

Site visits will be made available on request. If a Tenderer wishes to request a site visit, the Tenderer must contact the Contact Officer.

Please note the Christmas Closure Period is from Thursday 25 December 2025 to Friday 9 January 2026, inclusive. The Contact officer will not be available durning this period.
