Project goals Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites suitably qualified organisations to register their interest to participate in the ECI Procurement Process for the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 Main Works (PLR Stage 2 Main Works). Organisations that are suppliers of light rail vehicles and particular rail systems are advised that they should register their interest to participate in the ECI Procurement Process via a separate prequalified supplier registration process. Refer to ‘PLR2MW – ECI - ROI Invitation’ for further details. PLR Stage 2 will connect local communities in the Greater Parramatta and Olympic Peninsula, and bring the vision of a ‘30-minute city’ closer to reality. The Main Works for PLR Stage 2a will deliver: 4.5kms of track a new bridge linking Camellia and Rydalmere nine new stops an expanded Stabling and Maintenance Facility additional light rail vehicles For details on the recent government announcement regarding PLR Stage 2, please refer to the following ministerial media release: Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 tracking to main construction. Additional information on the Project is available on the TfNSW website at: Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2. Further information on the PLR Stage 2 Main Works, the ECI Deed and the Main Works Contract will be provided in the data room to successful registrants.
Scope To successfully register your interest to participate in the ECI Procurement Process for the PLR Stage 2 Main Works, organisations must follow the instructions outlined in the attached document titled “PLR2MW - Early Contractor Involvement - Registration of Interest Invitation”, including submission of the completed ROI Returnable Schedules and duly executed Corporate Confidentiality Deed Poll. ROI Submissions must be submitted to TfNSW before the Closing Date and Time by email to: plr2mwprocurement@transport.nsw.gov.au Registration emails must include the following email subject: 'PLR2MW ECI: Procurement Process - ROI Submission' Please contact the primary contact via the primary contact email address for further information.
Additional details/instructions Registrants must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
