NSW Public Works is delivering a multi‑year Sustainability Program rolling out solar and energy‑efficiency upgrades across priority high‑energy sites in NSW. We invite sustainable energy infrastructure providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for relevant service categories and regions for future tender opportunities statewide.
NSW Public Works is seeking organisations with proven capacity and capability across sustainable energy infrastructure to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be pre-registered to tender for sustainable energy infrastructure projects around NSW. Successful pre-registered service providers will remain on a list with NSW Public Works for a term of up to 2 years.
Future works may include the design, construction, and maintenance of solar PV systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging infrastructure, LED lighting upgrades, electrical and energy efficiency assessments, and broader electrical infrastructure upgrades.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be pre-registered to tender for sustainable energy infrastructure projects around NSW. Successful pre-registered service providers will remain on a list with NSW Public Works for a term of up to 2 years.
This is a two-stage process. This is stage 1 for the pre-qualification ONLY.
To lodge a response, click the RESPOND button to submit your electronic tender response. Suppliers must submit their response into the buy NSW system before 3pm on the close date. Responses can be submitted and edited multiple times until the opportunity closes, with only the most recent submission being submitted.
Don’t miss the 3pm deadline! Allow at least an hour before the tender closes to complete your submission, upload documents, and contact support if needed.
Uploading large files: The upload time depends on the supplier’s internet speed. Files are virus scanned and encrypted once uploaded. Suppliers are encouraged to upload early and wait until the upload bar completes to ensure success.
