Powerhouse seeks to procure a comprehensive Digital Experience Platform (DXP) for Powerhouse Parramatta, supporting 2+ million annual visitors across pre-visit, visit, and post-visit touchpoints.
The Digital Experience Platform will integrate nine essential digital components including itineraries, ticketing, virtual queuing, wayfinding, notifications, and membership management.
The requirements are broken down to ‘Epics’ (High-level requirements) and ‘User-stories’ (detailed requirements). The successful supplier must establish a process to identify and prioritise features that allow Powerhouse to at least deliver a minimum viable product for September launch.
