C370 Card Fuel and Associated Products Whole of Government Tender

Description

This tender seeks to establish a new contract for the supply of card-based fuel and associated products to the New South Wales, Victorian and Queensland Governments and their eligible buyers.

Project goals

• Renew the contract to supply card fuel and associated products.
• Create an exclusive panel of suppliers.
• Continue to achieve competitive pricing and supply continuity of card fuel and associated products beyond 30 June 2026.
• Deliver value-for-money outcomes through spend consolidation and leveraging volumes to reduce costs.
• Seek pricing improvements applicable to proposed contract extensions and improved payment terms.
• Encourage competition through an open tender engagement and provide opportunities for Aboriginal, local, small, and medium suppliers.
• Support government priorities for Aboriginal, local, small, and medium suppliers.
• Promote a strategic and coordinated approach to whole-of-government procurement.
• Ensure supply security and market stability for government.
• Maximise service provision in regional and remote areas, with due consideration given to universal fuel card aggregators
