NSLHD is seeking a Facilitating Community Managed Organisation to coordinate the presence of psychosocial services at the Youth Mental Health Hub at Brookvale Community Health Centre

Project goals

The aim of the Youth Mental Health Hub (YMHH) at Brookvale Community Health Centre (BVCHC) is to provide a safe space for young people aged 12-24 years and their families/carers, to drop-in and/or access local psychosocial support through a range of programs.

The objectives of the BCHC YMHH are to improve access, navigational support and integration between service providers to support young people who present predominantly but not only from the Northern Beaches and surrounds.

Expected outcomes of the BCHC YMHH include improvements to the quality of life, wellbeing, and social/vocational/educational participation of young people; and to reduce distress for young people and their families/carers.

Scope

The successful provider will act as the Facilitating Community Managed Organisation (F-CMO) for the Youth Mental Health Hub at Brookvale Community Health Centre. The F-CMO will coordinate and integrate psychosocial services delivered by community service providers (CSP), ensuring collaboration with NSW Health. Responsibilities include managing CSP participation, service navigation, governance oversight, KPI reporting, and operational support for co-located services. The aim is to provide a safe, accessible space for young people aged 12–24 and their families to access psychosocial support and improve wellbeing outcomes.

Additional details/instructions

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on 14 January 2026 at 10:00am to provide respondents with an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the space where the services will operate and factor this into their responses.

Attendees are to meet at the Main Entrance, Brookvale Community Health Centre, 612/624 Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100 at 10:00am and complete a sign-in sheet provided by a representative at NSLHD on the day.

The names of persons attending the site visit must be emailed to NSLHD-ProcurementandContract@health.nsw.gov.au no later than 2pm, 13 January 2026.
