Building Consultancy Contract: Construction certificate/Complying Development certificate/Occupancy Certificate (CC/CDC/OC) related certification scope covered under State Enviornmental Planning Policy (SEPP), EP&A (DCFS) Regualtion 2021 and any related ad hoc building consultancy/requiremts make up separable portion 2(SP2).
The role
Act as TfNSW Accredited Practitioner Fire Safety (APFS) for the purposes of carrying out Essential Fire Safety Measure (EFSM) audits, to assess and verify the performance of each RFSM, together with inspecting the exit systems serving the building and confirming they do not contravene the provisions of the Enviornmental Planning and Assessment (Development Certification and Fire Safety) Regulation 2021.
The scope of requirements divided to two separable portions.
a) Provision of Essential Fire Safety Measures Audits (EFSMA) and Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSM) project and ad-hoc fire related consultancy advice as separable portion (SP1) and
b) Construction certificate/ Complying Development certificate/ Occupancy Certificate(CC/CDC/OC) related certification components covered under State Enviormental Planning Policy (SEPP), EP&A(DCFS) Regulation and any related ad hoc consultancy/requirements as separable portion 2 (SP2).
