Installation of culvert structures and kerb and gutter for HW7 Deep Creek Pavement Rehabilitation 24.77 to 30.967 km west of Wellington on the Mitchell Highway. TfNSW will be responsible to supply Culverts, Pits and provide traffic control.
Culvert extensions are required to accommodate road widening, District works Western Plains currently do not have required internal resources to carry out culvert installation works, hence the services are sought from external contractors.

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the HW7 Deep Creek Pavement Rehabilitation.
This contract is for installation of culvert structures and kerb and gutter for HW7 Deep Creek Pavement Rehabilitation 24.77 to 30.967 km west of Wellington on the Mitchell Highway.
A pre-tender meeting and site visit will be held at Rockyrydge property, located 18km east of Dubbo towards Guerie, https://maps.app.goo.gl/wEXPvNARSbvzz1V58, at 11:00 am on Tuesday, 16 December 2025.
Attendance at the pre-tender meeting and site visit is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
