Capability to meet functional and technical requirements:
Ability to meet the functional and non-functional requirements
set out in the Statement of Requirements, including holding ASIC Information Broker approval, NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) authorisation, realtime/near real-time processing, and overall alignment with NSW Government security and compliance standards.
1. Proposed licensing model flexibility:
Flexibility, scalability, and adaptability of the proposed licensing model over the contract term, including the ability to meet variable demands relating to fluctuating transaction volumes (i.e. peak taxing periods), ability to incorporate additional data sources if and when the need arises, and an ability to provide technology upgrades if called upon (i.e. API connectivity or automated search activity based on large scale entities of interest).
2. Implementation and transition approach:
Quality and achievability of the proposed implementation and transition plan, including onboarding, configuration, testing,handover, and measures to minimise disruption to existingoperations. It is highly desirable to have a test/development environment to support ongoing training requirements without accessing real time information.
3. Support and service delivery model:
Proposed maintenance and support arrangements for thesolution, including responsiveness, SLAs, escalationprotocols, and long-term service sustainability.
4. Experience, innovation, compliance with Conditions of Contract:
Proven track record in delivering similar services withingovernment or large enterprise environments, withrelevant references.
