Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of gym equipment under an operating lease arrangement.

Project goals

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Cardiovascular and Strength gym equipment for Canterbury Leisure and Aquatic Centre (“CLAC”), under a 5-year operating lease arrangement.

Scope

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Cardiovascular and Strength gym equipment for Canterbury Leisure and Aquatic Centre (“CLAC”), under a 5-year operating lease arrangement.

  • To supply cardiovascular, strength and other miscellaneous gym equipment to furnish and meet the operational needs of CLAC due for completion mid-2026.
  • Install and commission equipment for operational readiness by open day, dates for the successful tenderer to have access to the site prior to opening will be provided. (TBA)
