Description

This RFQ invites contractors appointed under ICT Services Scheme SCM0020 to supply the required M365 backups/restore & management services.

Project goals

The modernisation of the Backup services.

Costs reduction and manage future growth cost effectively.

Historical backups are migrated and maintained.

Scope

• Exchange Online: Mailboxes, calendar items, contacts,archives Full and item-level recovery
• SharePoint Online: Sites, lists, document libraries Full sites and granular item recovery
• OneDrive for Business: Files, folders, sharing metadata User-level and file-level recovery
• Microsoft Teams: Chat messages, posts, files, channels Team-level recovery and file-levelrestore
• Migrate and maintain historical backups of all of the above
