Tenders are invited to civil drainage works located on the Jenolan Caves Road at Jenolan, on a section of road referred to as the Two Mile Access Road. This work consists of Excavation, Replace pipe culverts and headwall, installation of Kerbs and safety barriers along with Traffic Control.
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 11:00 a. m. on Tuesday, 3 February 2026 at Oberon council library - 74A Dart St, Oberon NSW 2787.
A site inspection will immediately follow the the pre-tender meeting.
Attendance at both the meeting and the site inspection is mandatory to submit a conforming Application.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.

Addendum 01: Chanage of Pre-tender meeting date
The pre-tender meeting and site inspection have been rescheduled and will now be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, at the Oberon Council Library, 74A Dart Street, Oberon NSW 2787.
The site inspection will take place immediately following the pre-tender meeting.
Please note that attendance at both the pre-tender meeting and the site inspection is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.
Please confirm your attendance at the pre-tender meeting and site inspection by 03:00 p.m., Monday, 9 February 2026 by sending an email with attendee details to Andrew.Milne5@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject line “Pre-Tender Meeting attendance confirmation 25.0000129156.1356.”
