This contract is for the UPS units that are installed in the Northern Tunnels, including Tugun Tunnel, St Helena Tunnel, and Cudgen Tunnel. These units require routine six-monthly inspections as well as an annual inspection. We seek the services of a qualified contractor to carry out these inspections and maintenance in line with OEM recommendations and relevant Australian Standards.

A Pre-Tender Meeting will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday, 21 January 2026 online via Microsoft Teams.

Location: Microsoft Teams

Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

Please confirm your attendance at the pre-tender meeting by COB, Monday 19 January 2026 by sending an email with attendee details to: Josh.John@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject line “Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Visit attendance confirmation 25.0000129384.0960.”
