SHFT26004: Sergeants' Mess Air Conditioning Project

The Head Contractor is required to ensure all works are undertaken to the highest quality standards from a technical perspective and crucially to maintain / enhance the venue’s current bespoke and elegant aesthetic.

• The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time
• The Tenderer attended the mandatory on-site Project briefing
• The Tenderer has downloaded each addendum
• The Tenderer represents that it is not aware of any impediment to obtaining and maintaining, and if awarded the Contract will obtain and maintain, the following insurances on the terms specified in the Draft Contract (subject to any Proposed Departures): a) Public and Product Liability Insurance b) Workers Compensation Insurance c) Professional Indemnity Insurance

Mandatory on-site Project Briefing: 10:00, 18th of February 2026.
