The respondent is a legal entity at the Closing Time. Professional indemnity and public liability insurance as required by the draft contract or confirms insurance will be affected if successful. The respondent has completed the Response Schedules in English. The respondent has accepted the EOI Conditions and agrees to comply with the Harbour Trust Supplier Code of Conduct. The respondent has downloaded all addenda. The Respondent confirms that neither the Respondent organisation, nor any of its directors, have had a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements or workplace health and safety. The Respondent confirms that neither the Respondent organisation, nor any of its directors, have engaged in practices that have found to be dishonest, unethical or unsafe.

A site briefing will be held: 12.30pm, Monday 24 November 2025, Cockatoo Island. Briefing is expected to conclude by 2pm. Meet outside the Rangers Office, first building on the left after the ferry wharf. The briefing is not mandatory, a maximum of 2 people per respondent, confirmed attendees to be emailed to the contact officer by 5pm Tuesday 18 Nov 2025.
