Homes NSW, Housing Portfolio Residential Building Works up to $9m

Description

Approved prequalified list of suppliers to receive invitations to tender on Homes NSW residential construction projects up to $9m.

Scope

Only suppliers who are prequalified on the below prequalification schemes are eligible to submit an application for this procurement list:

• SCM0256 – General construction works up to $1m (must be a CERTIFIED supplier)
• SCM1461 – Scheme for construction work between $1 million and $9 million

Scheme has two main categories – works up to $1m and works above $1m. If you are eligible, you will need to submit a separate application for each category.

For terms and conditions of this scheme, please refer to the terms and conditions of the prequalification schemes listed above – SCM0256 and SCM1461.

Homes NSW reserves the right to conduct clarification and/or negotiations as per of the establishment of this list.

Applications will be assessed on the basis of responses, together with any supporting material that has been requested.
