RFT_2026_0044: Construction Services - Robinson Street, Dandenong

The Construction and Fitout Works include, but are not limited to the following: a. The provision of Construction Services including demolition and fitout works at the premises in accordance with this Works Brief and its Attachments; and b. Procurement, installation and commissioning of Fitout items (Including workstation and loose furniture). c. These combined works are for the delivery of new or refurbished: i. Offices; ii. Hybrid hearing/Conference room; iii. Registry Counter iv. Utilities area; v. General office areas; vi. Breakout rooms; vii. Tea prep room; viii. Amenities; ix. Public waiting; x. Secure back of house areas; xi. New Workstations. xii. Joinery; and xiii. Loose furniture. xiv. New Security Desk

Completion and return of the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement must be returned 5 days prior to Industry Briefing (Part 1, clause 2.3)

The attcahed file: RFT-2026-0044 - RFT - Stage 1 Documents- Construction Services - Dandenong.zip includes the Stage 1 Documents for initial review by Tenderers. Tenderers MUST complete and return their Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreements before they will be provided the Stage 2 documents and are able to attend the Industry Briefing. Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreements to be returned no later than 5pm 18 February to tenders@fedcourt.gov.au
