Valuation Services, Estimation Services and Indexation Product

· The Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type. · The Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record for the entity type of any first-tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver the Requirement as part of a Deed of Standing Offer arrangement resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive). · The Tenderer must offer to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 12.4 of this RFT. · The Tender must offer to provide at least one (1) of the three (3) Categories of Services described in this RFT as per the Tender requirements in clause 1.5 of this RFT.

The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer(s) will be three (3) years plus up to 2 x 1 year options to extend.
