RBA-24/199/09-OT: Public and Community-Facing Research and Survey Services

The Bank is considering the establishment of a panel of qualified providers to deliver public and community-facing survey and research services. Some activities are not included in this tender. The Bank is not seeking the procurement of survey tools or cloud-based systems that allow users to design or run their own surveys. For instance, self-service online survey platforms, cloud-based HR, payroll or talent management systems, and any tools used for internal employee surveys, these fall outside the scope of this procurement.

Mandatory Conditions for Participation Tender response received via AusTender prior to the closing time The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time. The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed. The Respondent declares it does not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions relating to employee entitlements. Where the Respondent is a Relevant Employer, the Respondent is compliant with its obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (the WGE Act). The Respondent is not one of the entities listed as terrorists or subject to sanctions. The Respondent is not precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work at the closing time.

The successful Respondents will be engaged on a project-by-project basis through individual Statement of Work (SOW) under a Master Services Agreement.
