Description

The purpose of this tender is to enable Tourism Australia (TA) to seek and retain an earned-led agency or agencies specialising in creative, social-first and culture-led communications. The successful partner(s) must demonstrate a clear ability to connect brands and culture in the United States (US) and the United Kingdom (UK) to drive disproportionate levels of earned attention for Australia. TA aims to engage specialists capable of unifying public relations, social content, activations and high-profile talent advocacy into an integrated strategy that resonates with High-Yield Travellers (HYT).

Conditions

Agencies must provide details regarding their physical presence and service delivery capabilities in the required markets. While TA will not discriminate against potential suppliers based on their global headquarters' location, representation in the US (Los Angeles or New York) and/or the UK (London) is a requirement for this contract. For additional conditions, refer to Section 4.2 of the RFT documentation as well as the Tender Response Schedule.

Instructions

Representation and service delivery are required in the following locations: US: Los Angeles or New York UK: London TA will engage one agency for both markets, or two separate agencies, depending which option offers the best overall value for money outcome. Refer to Section 3.2 Tender Submission Instructions of the RFT document for market combination submission requirements.

Timeframe

Upon execution of contract, target commencement date of 1 August 2026.
