PROC-7725: Security Guarding Services and Alarm Monitoring

This procurement seeks to engage a suitable and qualified service provider to deliver professional Security Officer and Alarm Monitoring services across designated NDIA National sites. The implementation of Security Officers represents a critical step to enhance the safety, wellbeing, and operational resilience of the NDIA. This initiative is guided by a comprehensive set of procedures and collaborative practices designed to support NDIS participants, NDIA staff, and site visitors. Security officers will play a key role in de-escalation, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and ensuring respectful engagement across the NDIA service delivery network. 1. The Potential Supplier warrants that its Response was not prepared with the assistance of a) a current NDIA Officer (encompasses all NDIA employees, labour hire workers, consultants, secondees, officials, and those in the Executive Placement Program), or b) a former NDIA Officer who has worked in the NDIA within the last six months.
2. The Potential Supplier warrants that: a) it has not and will not offer gifts or hospitality to the NDIA’s officers or advisers involved in this ATM activity, and b) it will promptly advise the ATM Contact Officer should any NDIA employee be offered employment with the Potential Supplier during the ATM process.
3. The potential Supplier must: a) Have demonstrated experience providing the same services for a federal government agency. b) Have an operational footprint in each state or territory. c) Hold a current and valid Security Master License authorising the provision of security personnel and services as outlined in this tender; d) Hold and maintain all relevant state and territory licences and accreditations required to deliver the proposed services in each jurisdiction.
4. The potential Supplier must: a) Submit all valid and satisfactory Statement of Tax Records (STRs) required for their entity type and b) Hold copies of valid and satisfactory STRs for any first-tier subcontractors engaged.
