a) the potential Seller must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim; and b) The testing and assessment work must be undertaken within Australia; c) Cybersecurity is the core business of the Supplier; d) Strong experiences/track record in technologies central to the IHACPA’s SDMS requirements (i.e. AWS/Cloud technologies, python and R packages, Microsoft, virtualised desktops, application whitelisting). e) Accreditation/compliance with cybersecurity standards (e.g. ISO, ISM, NIST) and experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC). f) Seller’s cybersecurity team is staffed by experts with experience in government and digital platforms, cybersecurity technologies, risk management, and breach intelligence;
