The ABC operates a diverse fleet of passenger, light commercial and specialist broadcast vehicles in all capital cities and numerous regional and remote locations. Its fleet comprises of approximately 280 vehicles, including around 262 leased vehicles (94%) and 18 owned vehicles (6%), supporting critical activities including news gathering, television and radio production, technical support and emergency broadcasting (e.g. bushfires, cyclones and other natural disasters) as well as general business.
