NGA26-012: Waste Management and Sullage Services

This ATM is for the provision of a waste management and sullage services contract for the National Gallery of Australia (NGA) facilities, including the main gallery in Parkes and two storage facilities, ensuring the protection and availability of national treasures, art collections and associated infrastructure.

For a Potential Supplier’s Response to be eligible for consideration the Potential Supplier’s Response must comply with the matters addressed in A.B.4.2 of the Commonwealth ATM Terms. The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

• Responses received before the specified RFT close date and time.
• Responses meet the specified minimum form and content.
• Section 2 of Attachment 01 - NGA26-012 Waste Management and Sullage Services SOR.
• Pricing presented anywhere other than Attachment 02 – NGA26-012 Pricing Schedule.
