The National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA) is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to engage a qualified service provider for the implementation of Microsoft Sentinel within our existing Microsoft Azure tenancy, in addition to the subsequent provision of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Services as a Security Operations Centre (SOC). The selected provider will deliver a comprehensive, scalable, and secure solution and ongoing service provision, tailored to NOPSEMA organisational needs, ensuring robust cybersecurity capabilities compliant with the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and the ASD Information Security Manual (ISM). This RFT details the scope, technical requirements, deliverables, and expectations for the proposed solution implementation and the ongoing efficient and effective operational MDR services. This RFT also includes optional streams relating to: · Major Cyber Incident Management, Investigation, Coordination and Remediation · Cyber Security Maturity Assessments and Remediation Planning
