LCD-25-0084: LAND EW - Variable Height Antenna

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) Variable Height Antenna (VHA) is a tethered unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) integrated with an Electronic Warfare (EW) Sensor (GFx) IOT provide a persistent, elevated platform capable of supporting long-duration monitoring, detection, and analysis of radio frequencies at the tactical edge.

Submissions must be compliant with:

• Defence and Strategic Goods List
• Drone Safety, Aviation and Civil Use Regulation
• Government Security and Technology Policy
• Defence Act and Domestic Use Restrictions
• Recent Exclusion Orders/Cease-Use Cases

System delivery with training and payload modification (if required) NLT 13 March 2026. Contractor deliverables include but not limited to

• VHA platform,
• ground control station,
• technical data package,
• training materials and courses,
• spares and support equipment,
• certification and compliance documentation, and
• test reports.
