The Department of Health and Aged Care (Department) is responsible for better health and wellbeing for all Australians. This procurement is intended to support the delivery of safe and effective vaccines including through the National Immunisation Program (NIP). The Department is seeking Tenders for the provision of technical, research and essential program services to support the NIP. The services required fall under 4 broad categories: Program Support Vaccine Safety Communications and Engagement Program Data Analysis and Research Tenderers will be required to submit an annual plan and provide progress updates against the plan if they are successful for any service/s. Tenders are not required to respond to each deliverable; partial and consortia bids are encouraged. All submissions will be considered.
Please refer to the RFT Part 2 - Information to be provided by Tenererers.
Partial tenders are encouraged. Tenders do not need to tender for the full scope of services, they are able to respond to single or multiple service lines. However, if tenderers wish they can respond to the full scope of services. Tenderers may wish to submit as a consortium or in collaboration with small/medium enterprises as relevant. These types of innovative approaches are encouraged through this process. The Department will be conducting a voluntary online Industry Briefing on this RFT on 7 November 2025 commencing at 2.00pm local Canberra time. Representatives of Tenderers who wish to attend this Industry Briefing must register via email to PSIMM@health.gov.au by 2.00pm local Canberra time on 5 November 2025 by sending their name, organisation name and contact information.
Full services required to be delivered from 1 July 2026. There may be a transition in period for some services where required. Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with an up to 3-year extension period (extension reviewed on an annual basis) for a total of 6 years.
