HR25/290/02-OT: Enterprise Coaching and Team Development Services Panel

The Reserve Bank of Australia is inviting Proposals from service providers for the provision of two service elements: (1) Coaching and mentoring services for leaders, supported by psychometric assessments and 360 degree feedback tool; and (2) Team Development, encompassing the design and facilitation of team sessions with flexible delivery formats and optional psychometric tools.

The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time. The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed. Tender response received prior to the closing time and lodged electronically via AusTender. The Respondent is not subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal and have not paid the claim). Where the Respondent is a Relevant Employer, the Respondent is compliant with its obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (the WGE Act). The Respondent is not precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work at closing time. The Respondent must not be an entity listed under terrorist legislation or subject to sanctions.

It is anticipated that we will start utilising the panel in Q4, FY26
