The Department of Home Affairs is seeking to engage a Supplier that can provide a national network of Independent Experts to assess non-judicial claims of Family Violence made by Alleged Victims. The role of an Independent Expert involves receiving non-judicial claims of Family Violence that are referred from the Customer or the Administrative Review Tribunal, and making a sensitive, informed and professional assessment of those claims in order to determine if the Alleged Victim has experienced Relevant Family Violence as defined in migration legislation.
